  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.


Shipping Methods and Rates

  • Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • International Shipping:

    • Rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

    • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.


Delivery Timelines - 

  • Standard Shipping: Most domestic orders are delivered within 3-7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 business days after processing.

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on the destination, typically between 7-21 business days.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs processing, or carrier delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted regions.

  • Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to local regulations.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@bracer.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.
